Located in Eugene, Delta Court offers affordable 24-month transitional housing for families with children experiencing houslessness. With spacious floor plans, large storage areas, and plenty of open space, Delta Court is a perfect place to call home! Our two-bedroom floor plans feature a washer/dryer and private balcony. Come speak with one of our friendly management staff members. We’ll be happy to show you around.
 
Delta Court participates in the HOME and Tax Exemption programs. Through these programs, Delta Court provides homes for individuals and households earning up to 50% and 60% of the area’s median income (AMI). For example, a household of 4 people cannot earn more than $55,020 combined, annually. Contact us for more information on income requirements and the waitlist process.
